Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

✅ The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

❌ Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition.
❌ Requests made after 2 days of product delivery.
❌ Change of mind or personal preference returns.

How to Request a Refund?

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear images/videos of the defective item.
  3. Once we review your request, we will arrange for a return or refund as per our policy.

Refund Process

🔹 Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
🔹 If applicable, a replacement product will be sent at no extra cost.
